Linda Shay Gardner, is a Bethlehem native who focuses her practice on family law, including divorce, local, interstate and international custody issues and general family law. Recognized as an authority in international and interstate Child Abduction by the US State Department, National Center for Missing & Exploited Children http://www.missingkids.com and the Committee for Missing and Abducted Children http://www.findthekids.com, Linda has reunited many families all over the world, as well as all over the USA.

 Since 1995, Attorney Gardner has worked or advised on approximately 200 Hague Convention or other abduction cases. She routinely works to return children under the Hague Convention, and in consults in cases in which there is no bi-lateral treaty. She has represented and consulted with parents in cases involving: Aruba, Australia, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, England, France, Germany, Greece, Honduras, Hungary, Hong Kong, Honduras, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Jordan, Mauritius, Mexico, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Syria, Scotland, U.A..E. and Venezuela.

She also represents clients involved in interstate custody litigation and has appeared in jurisdictions in various other state courts and in federal courts to represent clients in these matters. This litigation usually centers on the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act.
